Creekside Christmas Blend

Creekside Christmas Blend is our annual holiday collaboration with our friends at Creekside Cigar Co. It's a cozy, limited seasonal roast designed to be approchable no matter who is gathered around your table. Built to be rich, layered, and easy to drink - somewhere between a medium and dark roast.

The blend is anchored by a beautifully washed Guatemalan coffee for structure, sweetness, and that classic, comforting profile, and lifted by a fruit forward naturally processed Ethiopia, which adds a festive hit of fruit cake and acidity. Together, they land in a profile of dark chocolate, caramel, and fruit cake. 

Great for drip and espresso preparations.  Medium - Dark roast profile.
